Board designed to switch RF input of power amplifier. Board using AXICOM HF 3 12v RF relay. Maximum working frequency is 1300 MHz and maximum RF power is 50W.
You will get what you see at the pictures above, also I put SMD 1206 res to adapt relay for 24V
