Description

This is set of 5 boards for full control DC part of any MULTI (HF) bands LDMOS/FET/MOSFET SSPA.

– DC on/off switch and current sensor 1 or 2 – ON/OFF switch and measuring current of LDMOS power supply
– DC switching board – MOSFET switches to control PA cooling FAN, PA bypass relays, external LNA power supply and bypass relays
– Input RF coupler – board for measuring input RF power
– Output RF coupler – board for measuring input RF power
